Locate code controls for spacing …
-
Sorry to come across as a micro-manager … but I’m having trouble locating code which controls the spacing (and font) associated with the line below the gravatars of folks who have liked posts, which announces that a certain number of people have liked the post.
How do I control the font there (to match the rest) and what about spacing above and below the line?
I’m using firebug but can’t seem to locate the appropriate line of code.
Thanks in advance.
Dave

Good morning –
We might be able to make some changes with CSS. I’ll take a closer look at your site and theme and then report back here later on.

Thanks so much Liz (?) … I’ll look forward to hearing from you again.
I think I found the lines involved … but they were tangled up in so much other stuff that I couldn’t isolate anything effectively.D

I see lots of thing are ‘inherited’ from other parts of the site … is that what you’re referring to?
Is there anyway of overriding the iframe in this single instance?
Thanks again for your attention to this!
With appreciation.

Hi Dave –
My apologies for the delayed reply here. It won’t be possible to override the css for a single instance.

Sorry to bother one more time … can the CSS be modified ‘across the board’ to adjust this space (and font) for all entries?
I think I’ve found a modification which can change the spacing there, however it doesn’t seem to persist because of all of the ‘inherits’ in the code.
I know little to nothing about CSS … if that’s clear to you from my response above … simply ignore it.
Thanks for your patience.
