Locating charges

  I am charged $13 every year twice – I just canceled this domains charge but I have no idea where the other one is coming from. Who can I contact to find out where the second charge is coming from?

  I don’t see any other charges under the account you’re currently logged into, so it’s likely you have a second account somewhere.

  If you enter the charge details of the second transaction (the one that does not end in 5Q) at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
