Locating Email Connection button

  Would you happen to know where I would find help locating the locating the “Email Connection button” in a 2025 WordPress contact form?
  
  I notice that in my other four (4) 2018 WordPress sites, I can easily modify the email address to send the form to an email address I select.
  
  Seems that this feature has been removed from the 2025 version of WordPress.
  Unfortunately, this support page does not help. Thanks.
