Locating php File Where i Can Find Menu Elements

  Hi Folks!

  My heart was broken when my laptop crashed where I constructed a website ON LOCAL using xampp server. I accept that I can only rebuild the website to my laptop by redoing all over again. However I need to recover my menu and sub-menu elements i.e.

  1. HOME
  a. The St. John Bosco Parish
  b. Vicinity Map
  c. History
  d. Patron Saint

  2. SCHEDULE
  a. Regular Mass
  b. Baptism
  Etc.

  My question is what php file shall I dig into to be able to determine all the menu elements of my menu?

  You can mend my broken heart with a heartfelt assistance. My directory folder is wp36phieirq, so the target php file is somewhere in xampp/htdocs/wp36phieirq/wp-content.
