Locating xml-rpc services in Settings-Writing

  I’m trying to upload from the iOS app to my own website and get the error message that these services need to be enabled. But when I go to Settings – Writing, there is no heading for Remote Publishing on that page. Please help!!

  Here at WordPress.com XML-RPC is always enabled by default. http://en.support.wordpress.com/xml-rpc/
