Location and changing of WooCommerce Shortcodes

  Hello All, I hope all is well. It would be so greatly appreciated if someone can tell me where I can find WooCommerce Shortcodes located at in WordPress Dashboard or WordPress files – or wherever they may be. I would like to change (if it can be) the link to my “Proceed to Checkout” button for the [woocommerce_cart] shortcode. I want it to go to another page instead of my Checkout page. Thank you for anyone who can help!

  According to WooCommerce’s documentation, that shortcode doesn’t have any parameters to change:
