Location based access

  Hi. I want to let the users to my wordpress store to always enter their location before accessing the website so that they can only see the storea around them. And make it a compulsory for the user to enter the location. then also intergrate this with wcfm. I have tried geo my wp but it is not working. kindly any views on how to do this? I can get the response even for the option of not using wcfm. Thanks
