"Location" box not appearing in post editor

    I am using the Oxygen theme and wish to create a slider. I clicked “Stick post to front page” and I know that I have to click “Featured” in the location box for it to work. However, my location box is NOT appearing. I cleared my cache and cookies and even changed browsers, but it’s still not appearing. I also changed to a 2 column view in my editor. Please let me know how I can make the “Location” box appear.
