Location of file to amend form style

  I’ve lost my marbles! I cannot remember the location or area to amend the style of the form on my website: http://www.cavaliermailing.com.
  
  Its the Contact form on the right of every page and uses contactform7. It sits in a a Right Content Area widget. I want to amend the size of the enquiry box from 10 rows to 5 rows.
