location of image on my blog

Good day! I have been learning very diligently about transferring clipart etc and now have an image of a dove at my ‘Welcome’ post above the words Pax et Bonum. I would like if at all possible to move the dove more to the right or after the words Pax et Bonum however I cant bring it about. Is there anyway of moving it please and thankyou because it makes it lopsided where it is located – unbalanced….Tks!
