Lock myself out

  I was messing around with some plugins and I changed my password and had forgot I changed it. Now I have locked myself out for 24 hrs.
  Thing is it was giving me the message that I was locked out. now I just get a error that the page wont load. I tried loggin in via FTP and get a critical error could not connect to server.
  The site works. wp-admin cant be fond either but I know its my plug in. Any way around the 24 hr block? I have tried changing password and clearing cache
