Hi there!
If this is for the domain
horscategoriebikefitting.com, canceling a domain does not make it immediately available to repurchase elsewhere.Since you cancelled the plan and domain after the refund window for domains has passed, you still have paid for the domain. I went ahead and restored the domain to your account.
Additionally, the 60-day lock is required by our domain registrar and cannot be waived. However, any hosting company should have NS settings for you to use in order to use a domain on their service right away, then you can transfer the registration after 60 days.
Let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you for your response. Is it also possible to undo my cancellation of the plan as well? So I have my domain name horscategoriebikefitting.com and my plan back as before. I really need the domain name to work and to update my website. I asked the new hoster to cancel their hosting as well so I can use WordPress again.
I now have the domain name horscategoriebikefittingcom.wordpress.com because of the cancellation of the domain name and the plan. -
Hi there,
From what I can see you did get a partial refund for that cancellation. The plan and the domain have different refund periods so you were refunded for the plan and as a result, we are not able to restore it to your account.
You can confirm the partial refund here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
However, you can re-purchase the plan here, and that will allow you to set your custom address: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
I’ve added credit to your account so that you do not have to pay the full price, only the partial amount to account for what you were refunded, so that you are not overcharged. Once you upgrade please leave a message here to update us, and we will confirm that your address is set correctly, thanks!
