Locked domain, but wordpress shows unlocked?

    I am trying to transfer my domain to bluehost, and I receive the following message:
    The domain knowinghope.org is currently locked from transfer (Status clientTransferProhibited).
    You will need to unlock the domain at 5237-ww before a transfer can take place.
    However, my wordpress page says it is unlocked. I am not sure what to do now?
