  Hi I already have an account with my websites. I dont remember the sign in. This is what I wrote down and they are not working. So i had to do this because their is not contact information to contact you. My website guy isn’t around anymore to contact him, my new guy cannot get in to fix the old guys mistakes. WordPress (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

  You can also reach out to your host for help with this – which appears to be Amazon AWS. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you regain access to your site.

  I’m not sure what the URL is for “my guardian angle” – but you can enter your site URL here and it should advise who is hosting that site as well:
