  Locked out of site. System will not allow for password change. Or will accept old password, but not allow email address. It looks like a bug in the system itself.

  Did you receive the email we sent you on 11 May?

  Your site at netsolhost.com is not hosted with us, so we’re not able to help in this case. The password for your admin account for that site is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers, so contacting them directly is your best bet for getting help with this – many hosts offer a way for you to reset this directly via your hosting control panel.

  Otherwise you can see the password reset instructions for your version of WordPress at https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/ for other methods, like changing the password directly in the database.

  For more help with this, you can also ask the WordPress.org community for advice at https://wordpress.org/support/forums, though I recommend you try your hosting provider first.
