  Hi there – I changed my website URL from https://pacdogadventure.com to https://pacdogadventureco.com. I also changed the email contact to (email visible only to moderators and staff). I’m now locked out. My old PW is not working.

  Correct account: Unknown

  Hello there,

  This forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com, whereas https://pacdogadventure.com is hosted by Bluehost and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org).

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

  Your hosting provider may be able to help you with your issues since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.

  This forum is for sites hosted with wordpress.com

  Your site appears to be hosted by Bluehost. They use wordpress.org

  Please contact Bluehost for help https://www.bluehost.com/help

  If they are unable to help please create an account and use the wordpress.org forum for help
