Locked out

Hello, I recently sold my .com domain after 19 years and replaced it with a .org domain through my host, IONOS. They updated my WordPress connections but now I can’t log in to edit my site. I keep getting Captcha challenges over and over. I could see that WordPress had in fact updated my URL, but now it says JetPack has blocked my IP address due to “security violations.” This is ridiculous as I am PAYING for this package. And when I click WordPress’ button to send myself an email to unlock my account, WordPress says my account doesn’t exist. WTF happened? It was supposed to be a simple domain name change!

Hey there, these forums are primarily for our hosted sites, but I think we can point you in the right direction.
For Jetpack, can you try allowing your IP via WordPress.com? You can enter IP addresses here:
My Sites → Settings → Security → Prevent brute force login attacksRemember your username here might be different from your regular wp-admin login, as it’s a separate account. Then, your host may help you fix any issues with the site URL or recover access.
