I am locked out by jetpack and their instructions don’t work–please just let me reset my password
This is just too hard for a novice–I won’t continue being your customer if I don’t get help. Also want to connect my WordPress app to my phone for a photo link and can’t figure that out either and I’ve been to the Mac store and the apple store–this should not be this hard! chefdrewe@aol,com–801-913-2599The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This is the wordpress.COM support forum. We provide support only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs, and that site is not hosted here. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. We don’t deal with Jetpack issues on these support forums.
Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built in to WordPress.COM blogs. Therefore, you may want to post to the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.ORG if you have Jetpack issues.
