  I keep getting a message that my site is hidden, only when I click that link, it shows the ‘hidden’ site as ‘visible’. When I click the link to the site, it opens, but not in anyway that I can make changes to the site. It all began when I activated plugins for woo commerce and printful. Obviously, a mistake. Now, I’d just like to have a static site with blog capability. I have a paid site, and at present, it’s useless to me… and there is no discernible means of contacting support, although I believe I pay extra for that feature.
  Anyone have a suggestion or a magic button for contacting support?

  1. Log out of your current account by visiting https://wordpress.com/me
  2. Then, log into the correct account associated with your website. Once logged in, you should be able to access your site as well as email and chat support via https://wordpress.com/help

  If you’re unsure about the login details for the correct account, and you have transaction IDs from charges on your current account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site. Here’s the link to the form: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Please fill out the form with as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can contact you. The transaction ID will appear on your bank statement as “WordPress” followed by a ten-digit alphanumeric code. They typically look like this: WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
