Locked out

  I’m locked out of my website/ it keeps saying ‘username/email not found’. I also got an email saying the admin email was being changed. I’m not sure if that means someone hacked in. does anyone know how to get ahold of a person with WordPress who can go in from behind to reset things?

  The site is still there, however looks weird. I was in the process of changing my domain, so some things changed over before I got locked out.

  That site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, so we’re not able to help with this.

  The process for changing the URL on a site using the open source WordPress software you are using can be found here:

  https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL

  You can try using that info to fix this yourself, else you will likely need to contact support at your hosting provider so they can help you fix this via your hosting control panel with them.
