Locked Out

  I am locked out of my account. I tried resetting the password but it states that my user does not exist. The second Admin I added is also having this issue. I also tried filling out the Account Recovery form and it’s saying that the information I am providing is no good. Please help WordPress Team!

  It would be helpful If you could share your website URL with us. And please check whether your website is hosted on wordpress.com.

  Is it possible to be able to login into WordPress at one point and then suddenly it’s no longer hosted by WordPress?

  http://amaparklane.com/ appears to be a self-hosted installation of the WordPress.org software rather than a WordPress.com-hosted site
