Locked out

Hi there I have had a word press blog for over five years I have spent over 3000 hours writing articles on it. I started it when I had a different email different phone number I did this to myself once before probably twice before it took me about eight hours to figure it out and I can’t remember the answer. I think it can be done but I’m not sure if I’m sabotaging myself or being sabotaged.
Here’s the issue I went in to login or something and I think I used my new email instead of the old email and what it’s doing is posting my new writings on a different website that I created not the one with the massive following and massive worldwide hits if I could somehow change this site to have my correct email and password that would be great but I cannot get into Google or Apple to verify those for one reason or another. it will not allow me to verify those.
Essentially probably buy my own stupidity I locked myself out of my own site by accident and I don’t know how to get back in
. I can answer any questions on the site.I can’t post anything new in the site. It is basically dead in the water even though I have 250 followers and 80,000 some hits I have had this feeling of despair before I never want to have it again with WordPress, so I don’t know what to do since I have so much invested in it time and posts and subscribers I can’t just start a new blog, I would lose all of the subscribers and hits on my current blog. Essentially I need help getting back into my own blog .
