In your other post, you mentioned that you have a paid plan with WordPress.com. One of the benefits of having a paid plan is that you are able to access faster forms of support via Live Chat and email, compared to the forums. If on the other hand, you are using a different hosting company for your web site (other than WordPress.com) then your best options for assistance would be to contact the hosting company you are using or heading over to the WordPress.org Support Forums for assistance using the WordPress Open Source software.
