Locked out

  I got my password wrong too many times and now I am locked out of my account, my account was generated through my GreenGeeks web host and when I try to log in to my WP dashboard. I get a message with a box that says insert your token, I have no token and there is no email account listed on my WP dashboard as I used my web host to generate my WP account. I’m doomed.
