Locked out and don’t have access to my old email

I started my original blog around 2008 or 2009. My last name was Johns at the time and I think my email was (email visible only to moderators and staff) . I later changed my email to (email visible only to moderators and staff). I have another blog that I never really posted on that is associated with my new email address and now every time I try to log in to my old lorishope blog it says I need to change my password but the password reset takes me to the wrong account. Is there a way to prove my lorishope.Wordpress.com is mine and update the password so that I can log into that account without access to my old email? This all got mixed up around the time I added the jetpack app and I don’t even remember adding that app. Please help.

Thank you, but I have already done that and it promos me to change my password because my account has been locked. And when I try to change my password the email must go to my email address that I don’t have access to anymore which is the problem.
