Locked out and not receiving email to reste password

Help me to obtain new password because reactivation email not being received.

Trying to log into my website whysuffer.co.uk as I have many times in the past. This time told -wrong ID or password. So I say forgot password, eventually get sent email to change password, change password and confirm and told it is wrong password!!!!!!!! Kept trying various things and finish up getting locked out and not even a help number to call. Main problem seems to be that whatever I try, changing the password does not seem to create the corresponding email to do so.
So currently I am completely flummoxed as to what to do.

Tried to log in to Wordfence to access my website ‘whysuffer.co.uk because it has locked me out and won’t send a reset email.
Entered my user name (abraz) and said I lost password – “Error: There is no account with that username or email address.”
Tried again, entered my email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) and said I lost password – “Error: There is no account with that username or email address.”
What’s going on????
