Locked out as admin after Jetpack was disconnected

Am owner of the website domain and suffered “critical error” of unknown origin. At some point it appears that Jetpack was cut off / deactivated and now when I log into WordPress account it does not even acknowledge me as owner of ricsretroreviews.com domain. I pay an annual fee for WordPress to maintain website. Bluehost is the host site but it indicates everything as being normal so the problem appears to be on your end. Please restore my site with myself as admin and Jetpack having been reactivated. Thank you.

Unfortunately, we cannot assist because your site is not hosted on WordPress.com. It’s a self-hosted WordPress.org site hosted by a different hosting company.
We do not have access to self-hosted sites, so I cannot see the setup of the backend of your account.
