Locked out by Word Fence and can't change password.

I am unable to get in to my WP admin account. ‘Access was denied because the password being used exists on lists of passwords leaked in data breaches.’ I’m unable to reset my password because my email is not even being acknowledged as registered. What do I do?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
The below article has some insights regarding your issue.
https://www.wordfence.com/help/blocking/blocked-or-locked-out/Having said that, this forum only supports the sites hosted on WordPress.com. Please post your question on the WordPress.org support forum henceforth: https://wordpress.org/support/
Both(WordPress.com and WordPress.org) are different products. You can find out the differences between them here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Thank you.

Hi there,
It looks like your site is a self-hosted site. This forum is dedicated for sites hosted by WordPress.com. You should head to WordPress.org and post your question there:

Sorry for posting before I have refreshed the site. Kept it open for a few minutes and didn’t see that @mommyhive had already posted.

Thanks for the reply.
I am unable to log in to WordPress.org to get support…that’s what I’m locked out of. -
Hi there,
Have you created a WordPress.org account? Your admin account for your site, which is what you’re locked out of, has nothing at all to do with the WordPress.org website. To use the WordPress.org forums you need to register an account first, here:
https://login.wordpress.org/register?locale=en_US
However, the users in that forum also have no access to your site and will only be able to point you to the instructions how to reset your password by directly editing the site’s database:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
Only your hosting provider can help you to access that, so please contact them for help directly instead.

Thanks for the reply. I went back to my host provider and they made the necessary changes and cleaning.
