Locked out due to too many login attempts

  I can’t log in to my site from my front page, my hosting admin site, or from my dashboard, here: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs. How do I resolve this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t log in to an external hosting site from WordPress.com at all. Your site is a WordPress.ORG site and you will need to seek help there for that version of the software.
