I was a paid user until my manager departed with no forwarding info. Can I get a person to talk or chat with to re-instate my blog?

camediateaccount you’re using to post here is neither the owner nor a user on that site. Your account has never been a user on that particular site.To access that site, you need to be logged in as the account that owns it, which has a different username and associated email than the

Won’t work for 2 reasons:
1. both usernames–camediate and candidaabrahamson– have my same email.
2. I tried your link multiple times but it wouldn’t let me enter anything.

Two different WordPress.com usernames can’t be connected to the same email address so perhaps your username created in 2011 used a different email address.

Are you sure you’re trying to regain access to candidaabrahamson.wordpress.com and not some other site hosted elsewhere such as candidaabrahamson.com which is over at Google.

Oh I see you have some redirection going on and the .com domain displays the .wordpress.com address.

yes, that is all good, but I can’t get into the account or retrieve my hundreds of posts.

https://candidaabrahamson.wordpress.com/ belongs to a different WordPress.com account, not the one you’re currently logged in as.

This is the error message when I try to log into my site, the site I used from 2011 until my so-called manager dropped everything:
This site is marked private by its owner. If you would like to view it, you’ll need permission from the site owner. Request an invite and we’ll send your username to the site owner for their approval.
Of course, I can’t give permission cuz I am locked out. Your recovery link doesn’t work.
Other ideas? Please!!!!

You are seeing that notice because the site is marked as private, and the
camediateaccount you’re using to post here is not a user on that site.You need to be logged in as a different username to access that site.

What exactly doesn’t work? That link we gave is a support page explaining the steps you need to follow to regain access to your account. At the bottom of that page is a link to our account recovery form at https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery. Have you tried submitting that form with the required information?
We accept three ways you can use to verify your ownership of an account. Once of those ways is a transaction ID for a past purchase. If you really are the owner of the other account, and the person who paid for those upgrades, you should be able to provide a transaction ID on the account recovery form to verify your ownership.
If you are unable to provide that, you are not the owner of the other account, and we cannot give you access under any circumstances.
