Locked out, Help!!

I’m locked out of my site nataliemeyers.com – Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘RIGHTS’ (T_STRING) in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas06_data01/10/2287310/html/wp-content/themes/Natalie Theme/functions.php on line 162. The worst part is, I can’t connect to FTP due to a connection error. My network and password are fine, it just never loads the welcome message. Please help!
