  ok ok thATs solved, but what the problem is is everytime i try and reset my password it just reverts back to the old one, its glitching.

  HOORAY!

  First, write down your password somewhere you won’t lose it :)

  Second, before your old @ihug.co.nz address gets cancelled (it will eventually), you need to associate your WordPress account with your new email address.

  This will require changing the email associated with your anneliese888 account first.

  If you don’t have a spare email address, you can pretend to have one by adding +blah to your email address, like this:

  anneliese888+blah @gmail.com

  Google will ignore the +blah but WordPress will treat it as a separate email address. That way, your “real” email will be associated with your “real” WordPress a/c, and you are less likely to get confused in future.

  * If you have a second browser on your computer (Firefox, Safari, Chrome etc) then you can avoid logging out to do this by swapping browsers.
