Locked out, I am admin

My site is marked private while I build it. I am the only user as administrator. Suddenly, yesterday I could not access the site itself, only the dashboard. I’ve done multiple password resets. I’ve even tried sending myself invitations as administrator and then just as a viewer. Both say “invite not valid”. I can’t even navigate within my own site. I’ve been trying to get help from WordPress.com support for two days. No answer. Does anyone have any ideas?
