Locked out of account

  I ordered an url for my wordpress site, I paid for it via Paypal, but never got verification from WordPress. I had no way to contact WordPress about this directly so I contacted them via Paypal because they didn’t deliver what I ordered.
  I got an (automatic) e-mail from WordPress saying I have been refunded, but my Paypal says I have not been refunded.
  Now WordPress has even frozen my account! And they want me to pay “$20 fee must be paid to restore publishing functionality to your site.”
  I am being punished because WordPress didn’t deliver what I paid them for. Neither have they paid back the €26,- I paid them. I am being punished for their fault. This ridiculous…
  Anyone know what I can do to resolve this quickly? I contacted (email visible only to moderators and staff) but they didn’t reply….

  I also got an e-mail from WordPress asking me to one again verify my email address. Could this have something to do with it???
  I am starting to get really worried because WordPress is not replying to me anymore….

  I looked at my billing history and it says I have there’s a creditcard billing and no received funds. But I choose Paypal and WordPress directed me to Paypal to pay and I did and I’ve got the proof that WordPress received my money. PLEASE HELP!!!
  It’s starting to feel like I’m being duped!
