Locked out of account

  So I created this temporary account just to post on this forum about my main account which I have lost access to. Basically I set up two step authentication to receive SMS messages to log in to my main account but I have since lost access to that old number and can’t log in to change the settings. I have misplaced the back up codes I noted down and can’t give the necessary information for an account recovery form, so I don’t really know where to go from here. I do have all the previous codes I used to access the account if that helps.
