Looks like your site is hosted on WordPress.ORG and not WordPress.COM. They are 2 different products. This support forum is only for the sites hosted on WordPress.COM.So i am sorry to inform you this but you have posted the issue in the wrong forum. Why would every computer at my company be locked out of our own site? Please help -
I know this is probably a common problem- but its really ridiculous that you guys provide no customer service besides answering questions on a forum.
I pay for a premium plan for wordpress that comes with almost no tech support or customer service.
I am running a business off my website.
Anywhere that I try to login to my website as admin using the correct username and password, it says you are temporarily locked out of your account and request the administrators email.
We are not sure who the administration email is under and have over 100 email addresses here at our company.
I have no idea what you mean by my site is hosted by wordpress.org not .com and they are different products. Firstly that’s ridiculous. Second, I finally get a response and your telling me to post my question in another forum?
Nobody reads forums and you are running a business not a reddit account.
If I dont receive REAL customer support I will be cancelling my subscription and moving to Squarespace.THANK YOU
