Locked out of account

  I have another account on my (email visible only to moderators and staff) email. I am locked out. I do not have the backup codes as they were lost when I moved and I have changed phones so I can’t get the code texted to me. The authentication code app I have always used is having every code rejected. Who do I need to call to get my account unlocked?

  Hi there,

  If you’ve misplaced your log-in information, the email address or username you’ve entered isn’t recognized, and you can’t use Two Step Authentication to reset your password, you can access your account using the Account Recovery Form

  In this form, you need to provide proof of ownership such as transaction id or activation URL

  This does not help. I can log into my account but am being locked out by the two factor authentication. I do not need to change my password, the password works fine.
