  I have multiple free accounts, but I can’t remember the login and password to my paid account. How can I get back in?

  If you remember the e-mail address attached to your paid account, you could try the Account Recovery form:

  I can’t remember the email or username, much less the password. Without those, I can’t get into the account to access my actual acct. info. Any other ways to get back in?

  Look for the transaction ID for a recent purchase, check out this page and fill out the Account Recovery form to regain access to the account:
