locked out of account

    this is the URL we usually use to log in to our wp site and make edits. all of a sudden the UN and PW is not working.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello there,

    In case the admin name or password doesn’t work, you can reset the password by clicking on the “Lost password” link.  

    I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com. 

    The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

    WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere, so your hosting provider may be able to help you if you are still having problems.
