Hi, I recently reset my WordPress account back to its default settings using a plugin. Since then I have not been able to log back in at the back end of my website. It seems to have forgotten my login details in the reset process. Please help!

Looking at that site I can see it’s hosted on Hostgator. It’s not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.
For help, I would contact them first. Otherwise, there’s a volunteer network available for folks who run their own WordPress installations, which is how you’re set up. That is available at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
