Locked out of account admin access

The main user who has admin access to our blog has left the company. She must have used her personal email because I did a password reset and nothing came through back to any of her old company email addresses. Is there anyway wordpress can grant me full admin access to this blog?

Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account. You have to add the other username account(s) ie. as Admin to the blog you want to be transferred to them and use the process to transfer the blog to their username account.
