Locked out of account and email / Plea for communication

In 2010 I established a website on WP, and used the domain as my email address via gmail. All was well until a couple days ago.
Today, 6/8/24 I noticed I was not receiving any emails. I was curious if it had anything to do with the domain, so I checked my website and found that it was no longer up, replaced by a page in which GoDaddy offers to sell me the domain.
I go to log into WordPress. I have been locked out for “security” and must reset my password. Naturally, the instructions are being sent to the email account that is no longer receiving, due to no longer having access to the domain.

I’m resigned to losing the domain and the email address. But I’m curious what my $19 went to. I followed the link to question the charge, but it claims not to recognize the transaction ID.
I’ve loathed WP essentially since the beginning, but it kind of borderline worked, so I just let it ride. All I want at this point is an explanation why my domain disappeared, my last payment refunded, and a written guarantee that my account is deleted and that there will be no further charges.
The account I’m currently writing this from is not the account through which I host(ed) my site. I have multiple other means of verifying my ID, but cannot access email without the domain. Please, a member of support, get in contact.
