Locked out of account and no backup code

Hello!
I can’t access my account for my site KamalaThompson.com and username kamalathompson although I know my password I got a new phone and can’t recieve a text message to verify the account nor do I know any backup codes. So I made this in order to ask for help. Thank you in advance for your time.

Yes I did but I still need to do the additional verification either a text message or use the backup code and can’t do neither of those

Neither of those options work.
Even though I knew my password, resetting my password didn’t give me access to my site. I still need to authenticate and can’t authenticate using SMS because the number attached to my account is and old number no longer available. The other option provided to me to authenticate is to use a backup code which I don’t know.

When I do the account recovery form I get a message that says “Sorry but the website you gave does not exist on WordPress.com. Is it a self-hosted WordPress.org website?” and then I end up coming back to where I started inputing my problem in a help forum…

Okay, I was able to submit the account recovery by changing my site from the domain I have linked to the free wordpress.com site (from kamalathompson.com to kamalathompson.wordpress.com)
