Locked Out of Account- Can I pay for customer service to get it back?

  I am locked out of my account Crazy Beautiful Chronicles, and need to get back in. None of the codes I put in from my google authenticator are working when I do a password reset. Can I pay for someone in customer service to help me, and get my account back online?

  I tried that, and while it lets me reset the password it then asks me to submit my google authenticator code.I had deleted the app a few days ago not expecting this to happen. I re-downloaded the app but it won’t accept any of the codes.
