Locked out of account, cannot reset

  I have a wordpress account registered to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and I forgot my password and it seems I am unable to reset it.

  When I use the password reset form, I do get the reset email in my Inbox, but clicking on the reset link/button results in a “403 Forbidden nginx”, tried opening the link in both Chrome and Firefox, same thing.

  I tried using the Account Recovery form, but that didn’t work either:

  “Transaction ID” as proof of ownership doesn’t work, as I used my credit card directly, without using Paypal. “Activation URL” option didn’t work either – even though I actually do have the email saved, copy/pasting transaction id URL results in an error claiming it’s not valid.

  What are my options to get my account back?
