Locked out of Account due to 2 step verification

I have submitted several recovery of account forms and have all of the proper identifying information but I am locked out of my account. WordPress forced me to log out and when I tried to log back in it would not accept any of the verification codes which I had previously generated. When I clicked the “send backup code via SMS” I got no text from WordPress. I have posted in forums previously and have not received any help and it has been a week since this started. I can provide my activation URL, my receipt # for the purchase of my URL and several generated backup codes. I was forced to make this second account just so I could post in this forum. I don’t need to reset my password, I need a backup code e-mailed to me.

The e-mail address affiliated with this account is (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff)It has been a week and I need this issue resolved. My blog houses 4 years worth of my life and writing on it and is very important to me. I need staff assistance and I need someone to respond to me ASAP.
