locked out of account – password reset email not triggering

hi – ive just purchased a plan with you.. I believe I created a free blog years ago but where I have the two accounts I think its causing issues. With the new domain http://www.becomingaboss.co.uk – I cant login and the password reset isnt working either.. can someone help me please? thanks

the site you linked is not hosted on WordPress.com but on GoDaddy so you won’t access it from your WordPress.com account unless you connect it with Jetpack:
