Locked out of admin access

Good afternoon! I work with a realtor who has asked me to manage their website. I’m running into a problem where the only login access they have for the site is from a staff (editor) login. Any way I could regain to admin privileges on our website?

Hi @hallteresa, sorry you’re locked out! We may be able to help you regain access if you’ll send a link to the site. The ink should start with https:// and should not have any spaces in it.
