Locked out of admin account!

    Hello WordPress team,

Our team is migrating to a password manager tool and it looks like we might have messed some things up.

    1. I’m trying to access our wordpress backend for https://spring.is/wp-admin/
    2. To my knowledge, we have 3 accounts to log into it:
    -springcommunity (admin)
(email visible only to moderators and staff) (editor)
(email visible only to moderators and staff) (editor)
    3. After the reset
-springcommunity – getting an error that password is incorrect.
(email visible only to moderators and staff) – getting an error that account doesn’t exist with that email (not a big deal since it’s not active)
(email visible only to moderators and staff) – works but I have limited access as an editor level user.
    4. I’m trying to do a password reset for springcommunity, it’s telling me that a reset link has been emailed, but it’s not showing up on any of our account inboxes. I’ve checked:
(email visible only to moderators and staff)
(email visible only to moderators and staff)
(email visible only to moderators and staff)
(email visible only to moderators and staff)
(email visible only to moderators and staff)
    – These are all the possible accounts that it should be link to, is it going to some other rouge account? Is it possible for you to clarify which email the reset link is supposed to be going to?

  • Hi there!
