Locked out of admin account on my wordpress

  Hello,
  My website http://www.LanguageResourceAndTraining.com was created by a third party, and we cancelled our account with them about 6 months ago. in the process of taking control of the website we lost the original email with the password to the admin account and aren’t getting much assistance from the company that created the website. i have all the source files, but cannot access the admin profile. so the changes that we can make on the website are horribly limited.
  so my question is how do i retrieve the original admin password?

  I’ a different person with a similar problem.

  haven’t logged onto my account for a while. When I did today there was red text that there was a security problem with WordPress. I wasn’t sure if it was a WordPress screen or something else. So I left that and tried to re-enter.

  When I click on profile it simply shows that it’s “loading” but nothing happens.
